Heather’s passion for travel has provided her with a vast array of experience through her Senior Sales Role at IHG Head Office. She has developed strong relationships internally with the Owned, Franchised and Managed community and externally with key industry figures from the industry leading Tour Operators & Wholesalers spanning the FIT, Cruise, Luxury and Groups sectors and the Airlines working with Crew Contracting & Delayed Passenger requirements.
More recently her experience on property has strengthened her knowledge on the importance of developing the local market from the Corporate Businesses to the Local Communities, whom are key to providing business in to hotels week round delivering from all sectors of travel and hospitality.
While at the European Regional office for Millennium Hotels & Resorts, Heather was responsible for heading up the Luxury Leisure Sales, with a focus on developing long term strategies and identifying new opportunities and partnerships with the Key Luxury Agents, Operators and Associations, for their Luxury properties.
With a solid knowledge and understanding of Total Account Management to drive new business opportunities, while retaining existing agreements, from Domestic, Inbound, Outbound and Emerging Markets, Heather’s capabilities include an array of skills from Strategic Account Development to Leading & Coaching, and Strategic Business Analysis to Project Management.
With a drive to succeed and a proven record of success in delivery of long and short-term strategies, account growth and relationship building, Heather has built her reputation on her knowledge and accessible approach providing at all times a professional service built on trust and loyalty that provides success and growth for her clients.
